QUEST: THE FELLOWSHIP

It's Your Turn.

Live Group Session.png

You've spent years building the right life. But somewhere along the way, the life you actually wanted got set aside.

Quest: The Fellowship is an 8-week group coaching program for people in their 40s and 50s who are ready to finally start the thing they've been putting off — before they miss their chance.

Cohort size is limited to 12 participants. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — earlier is better.

IS THIS YOU?

You've built something most people would call a good life. A stable career. Real accomplishments. A life that looks right from the outside.

But there's something else pulling at you. A business you've been thinking about starting for years. A creative project living in a folder on your desktop. A bold move you've been rehearsing in your head but never made.

And the longer you wait, the louder the question gets:

What if I never actually do this?

You're not lazy. You're not unambitious. You've already proven you can build things.

What's in the way isn't information or strategy. It's something harder to name — a mixture of fear, obligation, identity, and the belief that you're not quite allowed to want more than what you already have.

That's exactly what this program is for.

THE COST OF WAITING

Most people wait for the right moment. They wait until the kids are older. Until the mortgage is paid down. Until they have more savings. Until they feel more ready.

But the right moment doesn't arrive on its own. And somewhere in the waiting, the dream shifts from I'll do this someday to I probably won't do this — and that shift happens so gradually you almost don't notice it.

You don't have unlimited runway. None of us do.

The people who look back without regret aren't the ones who waited until everything was perfect. They're the ones who decided that the life waiting for them mattered more than the reasons not to pursue it.

WHAT THIS IS

Quest: The Fellowship is not a course. There's no library of videos to work through at your own pace or pre-packaged curriculum telling you what your "thing" should be.

What it is: an 8-week guided group journey — a small cohort of people in the same season of life, doing the real work of figuring out what they're here to do, and actually beginning.

We start by getting honest about where you are and what you've been avoiding. We go deep on why you haven't started — because the reasons are almost never the ones you think. And we build toward something concrete: a clear sense of what your thing is, and the key first steps to make it real.

Two things happen in parallel: the inner work that makes the outer move possible, and the outer move itself.

By the end, you won't just know what you want to do. You'll have started.

THE JOURNEY

Week 1 — The Honest Audit

We begin with truth-telling, which is harder than it sounds. You'll name where you actually are — not the story you tell at dinner parties, but the real one. What have you been putting off, and for how long? Some people arrive knowing exactly what their thing is. Others arrive knowing only that something has to change. Both are the right place to start.

Week 2 — What's Actually Calling You

Beneath the responsible story — the career, the obligations, the careful choices — there's usually something else. Something that's been trying to get your attention for years. This week we start listening to it. Through specific exercises, you begin excavating the real pull underneath the noise.

Week 3 — 1-on-1 Session #1

Your first private coaching session with Mike, scheduled within this window. By now you've surfaced something real — and you need space to go deeper with it than a group setting allows. This is where your specific blocks, fears, and possibilities get the focused attention they deserve.

Week 4 — The Real Reason You Haven't Started

This is the most important session of the program. Not because it's the hardest — though it sometimes is — but because it's where things actually shift. We name the fear. We look at the identity questions underneath it. We examine the permission you haven't yet given yourself. Most people leave this session feeling something they haven't felt in a long time: that what they want is actually possible.

Week 5 — Defining the Thing and the First Step

This is the clarity session. You've done the inner work. Now we get specific. What is the thing, defined concretely enough to actually begin? And what does beginning actually look like — not the finished version two years from now, but the first real move? You'll leave this session with a commitment that's specific enough to be slightly uncomfortable. That's how you know it's real.

Week 6 — Integration

A deliberate pause. No group session this week — just one focused reflection exercise and space to let what's emerged settle into clarity. Don't underestimate this week. Some of the most significant breakthroughs in the program happen here, in the quiet between sessions, when there's nothing to do but sit with what you've found.

Week 7 — 1-on-1 Session #2

Your second private session with Mike. Some people arrive here having already started and need encouragement or course correction. Others arrive having hit a wall — the resistance that always appears right before the beginning. Either way, this session is designed to catch you at the exact moment you need it most.

Week 8 — The Launch Circle

Each person shares what they've decided and what they've begun. We witness each other's threshold crossing. You leave with a specific commitment and a clear next 90 days.

ABOUT MIKE

I spent 22 years in corporate life — eventually reaching the C-suite of a large company — building something that looked right from the outside.

But for most of that time, I was putting off doing the work I felt genuinely called to do, choosing the safe path over the true one. The cost was real: a deep lack of fulfillment and even physical illness and addiction.

At some point something cracked open. I stopped deferring. I made the leap I'd been rehearsing for years. That decision changed everything — and it's the work I'm most built to help others do.

I'm a life coach specializing in midlife transitions — helping people in their 40s and 50s figure out what they're actually here to do, and then helping them begin. My work sits at the intersection of inner transformation and real-world action, because I've found that one without the other doesn't work.

Quest: The Fellowship is the program I wish had existed when I was standing at the edge of my own leap.

- Cindy G.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is this a business coaching program?

No. If you already have a clear business idea and need someone to help you build a marketing funnel or write a business plan, this isn't the right fit — and there are excellent coaches who do that work. This program is about figuring out what you actually want to build, dissolving what's been stopping you, and actually starting. Many participants do end up launching businesses (whereas others start creative projects or make other life changes). But the work that gets them there isn't tactical — it's the inner shift that makes the outer move possible.

What if I don't know what my "thing" is yet?

That's exactly where most people start. You don't need to arrive with a clear idea — you need to arrive willing to find one. The first half of the program is specifically designed for that discovery work. The clarity comes from the process, not before it.

What kinds of people join this program?

Professionals in their 40s and 50s who feel the pull toward something more — a business, a creative project, a bold life change — but haven't been able to make it real. People who are done waiting for the right moment and ready to do the actual work of beginning.

How much time does this require each week?

Plan for 2–3 hours. That includes the group session, your private reflection work, and the between-session exercises. This isn't a program you can do passively — the results are proportional to what you bring to it.

What if I can't make a live session?

All sessions are recorded and you'll have access. Missing one occasionally won't derail your experience. That said, consistent presence matters — not just for your own journey, but because your presence contributes to everyone else's. The group dynamic is part of what makes this work.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy tends to focus on understanding and healing the past. This program is oriented entirely toward the future — specifically, the future you've been putting off. We do go deep, and what surfaces can feel significant. But the direction is always forward: toward clarity, toward beginning, toward the life you've been deferring.
