I am sharing to give a feel for what heart-rate variability + breathing can do. Breathing at your resonant frequency is one of the fastest ways to cue physiological calm and restoration. You can seek out an HRV coach or online resources that can help you learn your specific resonant frequency and breathe at that rhythm for maximum results.
